Mint Street

This multi-award winning scheme comprises a new mansion block providing 67 residential units alongside an existing main railway viaduct. The project also created a new pedestrian street, allowing passage between local rail and underground stations.

The seven storey building, which comprised a concrete frame with post tensioned floor slabs, was designed to meet the Mayor’s Interim London Housing Design Guide and Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
