Regent Quarter

Urban regeneration project of a 6 acre site next to Kings Cross station including refurbishment of grade II listed buildings and new builds to provide stunning residential units, office space, a hotel, retail and leisure facilities.

Works included refurbishment and extension of a number of Victorian and Georgian buildings, some Grade II listed. A number of derelict buildings were demolished and replaced with new multi-storey concrete and steel framed buildings.
