Mark Daly
Director
Mark first joined CNM in 1984 and became an Executive Partner in 2007. Mark is both a Board Director and Shareholder of the company.
James Hornby
Director
James joined Clarke Nicholls Marcel in 1999 with responsibility for IT and CAD management. In 2004, he took on a general management role that extended his areas of management responsibility to include business planning, finance and HR. James is a Board Director and Shareholder of the company.
John Matthews
Director
John joined CNM as a Graduate Engineer shortly after arriving from New Zealand in 1994. He progressed through the ranks to become a Project Director, and heads up CNM's BIM task group. In October 2018 John became a Board Director and shareholder of CNM.
Nick Woad
Consultant
Nick joined Clarke Nicholls Marcel as a Design Engineer in 1995, becoming an Executive Partner in 2007. Nick became a Consultant in 2022.
Patric McDonnell
Project Director
Patric joined CNM as a Project Engineer in 1998 and has demonstrated considerable design flair and ability, culminating in his promotion to Project Director. Patric leads CNM's design software steering group and is also a key member of the practice's BIM task group.
Michael Featherstone
Associate
Michael has over thirty years of experience in civil and highways engineering. He joined Clarke Nicholls Marcel as an Associate in 2016 to take a lead role in the firm’s Civil and Infrastructure Department.
Fredy Tincopa
Associate
Fredy Tincopa has recently joined CNM as an Associate Structural Engineer. After graduating in Germany and working as a Structural Engineer for 10 years, he came to the UK in 2002 and became chartered in 2006. Fredy has been responsible for running projects and producing scheme designs for a wide range of new developments and refurbishments/alterations of existing buildings across a variety of sectors.
