As part of CNM’s long-planned succession strategy Mike Pearce has stepped down as Managing Director. Existing shareholders and Directors Mark Daly, Nick Woad and James Hornby are now joined by former project director John Matthews to comprise the new ownership team.
This succession represents a natural progression for the business with existing owner directors continuing to play leading roles in the delivery of projects.
The new team are also pleased to announce that former Managing Director Mike Pearce will continue as a CNM consultant working in the best interests of the practice and its clients for the foreseeable future.
