Construction has commenced on the last of three building that make up this Land Securities’ development, adjacent to Paddington Station.

Designed by Fletcher Priest Associates, the speculative commercial development will provide 92,000 sq ft of Category A office space, which is expected to achieve a BREEAM rating of Excellent.

Together with numbers 10 and 30, this 18 storey tower will complete the refurbishement of this block originally designed by CNM in the 1950s.

CNM appointed to work on ground-breaking BIM project

Clarke Nicholls Marcel have been appointed to work on Phase 5 of University College London Hospital.  The trust is aiming for Phase 5 to be the first healthcare project to achieve BIM maturity level 3.

Recognising the properties with the most positive customer reviews, The Orchard Hotel was awarded 1st place in the ‘Best Large Hotel’ and 2nd place in the ‘Best Business hotel’ categories.
