Planning approval has been given for the exciting next phase in the transformation of Plymouth’s former docksides at Millbay.
CNM’s client English Cities Fund (ECf), submitted proposals to build 58 apartments, a 126-bedroom hotel and ground floor retail/leisure space at a key site in the regeneration area.
The plans, which were given approval by Plymouth City Council in January 2019, will see new life brought to a parcel of land at the gateway to the new Millbay Boulevard and overlooking the King Point Marina.
The wider Millbay regeneration scheme is an exciting mix of residential, leisure, business and retail development, with high quality public spaces and direct access to the waterfront. CNM have been working on the overall regeneration with ECf since 2010, and look forward to helping them successfully delivering this latest phase.
