10 and 30 Eastbourne Terrace

Major refurbishment and extension of two buildings adjacent to an existing 18 storey tower. CNM were the original structural engineers for all three buildings in the 1950s.

The complex structural alterations included the removal of floors to create an entrance atrium, the demolishing and rebuilding of the upper floors in steel frame construction, cantilever extensions to the floor plate at each level, the construction of new cores and the complete recladding of the building.
