Bluewater Shopping Centre

Since 2009, CNM has provided full civil and structural services on numerous projects at Bluewater including:

• a 32,000ft2 Flagship Store for Topshop/Topman, opened in October 2013 which involved the major reconfiguration, amalgamation and upwards extension of existing Upper Mall retail units including the accommodate of a new mezzanine floor.
• a new £1.25m 6,000ft2 2-storey extension into an existing service yard for WHS completed in March 2012.
• the major alteration and reconfiguration of an existing management suite to create a new 7,000ft2 retail unit for Ted Baker completed in September 2011.
