Conversion of a well-known, traditional family department store in the heart of Cardiff consisting of major refurbishment and extension works of three major structures to create an exclusive mixed use residential and retail development.

CNM’s brief was to refurbish the whole structure, much of it listed, to accommodate modern retail requirements at basement, ground and 1st floor levels, with four storeys of new luxury residential units above.
