Millbay

The £350m regeneration of Millbay is transforming a derelict 20 acre dockside area into a vibrant new waterfront community. Two million square feet of mixed use development will include 1,391 new residential units, retail/leisure space, a hotel, school and offices as well as a marina, new public squares, walking and cycle ways and car parking.

CNM are currently engaged as civil, structural and infrastructure engineers on this major multi-phased project by Muse Developments. Muse are a partner in English Cities Fund, a delivery vehicle created in partnership with Legal & General and the HCA.
