Opus 1

The proposed development consists of a high quality office building situated on a former industrial Brownfield site in Staines. Opus 1 will be the first of a new generation of offices to be developed as part of the Opus masterplan.

The Opus 1 development, which will capitalise on the building’s prime position on the site, comprises six spacious floors, significant public realm enhancements with a new shared pedestrian and vehicle piazza, together with an eight level car park, means Opus1 encapsulates the quality that will be integral to the overall development of the site.
