Opus 3

A bold, contemporary, sustainable and environmentally sound building which is sympathetic to the neighbouring townscape and will make a positive contribution to the local business community.

The proposed building consists of four storeys, with its main entrance located on the new plaza, leading into an internal three storey atrium. A landscaped pedestrian route connects directly to the decked parking area to the south.
