The new College is arranged within two distinct buildings providing 5384 sq m of accommodation. A new three-storey flat roof building that faces onto the Woolwich Road and onto the adjacent park provides 2684 sq m of accommodation. A refurbished single-storey warehouse building provides 2700 sq m of accommodation. The space allocation roughly follows BB98 guidelines. The overall site area is 11,620 sq m.
