Sofitel St. James

Conversion and extension of an historic grade II listed former Bank into a 6 storey, 186 bed, luxury hotel situated in the cultural heart of London.

The conversion and extension included 2 basement levels and required 19 separate party wall agreements. The existing steel frame and reinforced concrete building had been built in the 1920s.
