Space One Beadon Road

A 26,500 sq ft contemporary seven storey office building with retail units at ground floor level and basement parking, located on a prominent site on Lyric Square in Hammersmith.

Developed in two phases, the first involved a complex sequence of works to form a basement below the adjacent Victorian buildings, followed by the construction of the retail units, an office floor above and the refurbishment of the original buildings.

The second phase comprised the construction above of a further six floors of Cat A office accommodation clad in curtain walling glass block.
