University College Hospital Phase 1

Design and construction of the new landmark PFI procured hospital, providing 72,500 sq m of state-of-the-art medical facilities for University College London Hospitals Foundation Trust (UCLH).

UCH Phase 1 comprises an 18 storey tower with a 5 storey podium block and 3 below ground basement levels incorporating 6 linear accelerators.
